Throughout the whole month of November 2008, every time you topped-up at a cash machine, participating banks and mobile phone operators made a donation to the 2008 BBC Children in Need appeal!
Thousands of you flocked to cash machines to top-up in November! This helped us raise a wonderful grand total of £79,759 for the charity. Thank you to everyone who topped-up for Pudsey!
20p bonus weekend!

Children in Need appeal night was on Friday 14th November this year. As an extra special treat for Pudsey, from 14-16 November, the participating banks and mobile phone operators increased the 5p donation to 20p for every mobile top-up at an ATM!

Pudsey's UK tour

The nation's best loved bear hit the road and went on tour around the UK to help us raise awareness about the 'Top-up for Pudsey' fundraiser for BBC Children in Need!
Pudsey visited bank branches across the country to spread the word that everyone with a prepay mobile can do a good deed for free this November - simply by topping-up at an ATM!

Payment specialist VocaLink and selected leading banks* and mobile phone operators* joined forces to make a donation to BBC Children In Need for every mobile phone top-up transaction that was made through a participating ATM during the month of November 2008. The donation was fully funded by the sponsors* at no cost to the consumer.
